My earliest memory of the real estate industry was when I was about 9 years old and sat next to my mother and her agent while they discussed comparable homes on the market in our Connecticut shoreline community. I was intrigued by the data and offered my unsolicited, 9-year-old advice on what price to list our house. The agent agreed! It was a proud moment. Little did I know real estate would become a central theme throughout my life. While on holiday breaks from studying finance in college, I helped out at my father's business. I spent time in the office reviewing marketing material for multi-family and commercial real estate projects.
Upon graduating, I spent 8 years living and working in structured finance, including RMBS, in NYC. After marrying my husband in 2010 and welcoming our first child a year later, I knew we would end up back on the CT shoreline where much of my family still resides. We own and manage investment properties in New Haven County as well as our home in Fairfield. Fairfield's vibrant downtown scene, beautiful beaches, excellent schools, arts, and music culture, and community events help to make it a truly exceptional place to live. When my children started their elementary school studies, I knew I wanted to pursue a real estate career in and around my wonderful town.
